





Carlos Cerda has lived and served the citizens of North California and the Bay Area for most of his life. Mr. Cerda joined the Marine Corps after high school and successfully completed a four-year enlistment in an infantry platoon and was awarded an Honorable Discharge.
Mr. Cerda graduated with a Degree in Economics from U.C. Berkeley. Mr. Cerda went on to earn his law degree from U.C. Berkeley's School of Law (Boalt Hall), which is consistently ranked as one of the Top 10 law schools in the United States.
Mr. Cerda is the founding attorney of The Cerda Law Offices. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Cerda clerked and was employed at several of the nation's most prestigious AMLaw 100 law firms in California and Washington. In those positions, Mr. Cerda represented several international clients in multi-billion dollar merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Cerda gained invaluable negotiation and tactical skills that are necessary in the family law process.
Mr. Cerda established The Cerda Law Offices to better serve the needs of individuals facing tough legal decisions in their life. As a former U.S. Marine, Mr. Cerda has the mental toughness required to fight for your legal rights. Mr. Cerda believes that you will better served by approaching the attorney-client relationship from a team-centric viewpoint with the client being involved in all facets of the legal process.
